Kitchen, bathroom, room and floor tasks are listed together. Cupboard interiors can be included when they are empty and accessible; appliance interiors need a separate agreement.

The agreed task list depends on access, the condition of the surfaces and suitable cleaning methods.

What is included

Kitchen

  • Clean accessible worktops, sink, fittings and cupboard fronts.
  • Wipe emptied, accessible cupboard interiors.

Bathroom

  • Clean accessible sanitary fittings, mirrors and tile surfaces.
  • Wipe accessible, emptied storage surfaces.

Living areas & bedrooms

  • Dust reachable surfaces and internal sills in cleared rooms.
  • Clean accessible skirting boards and door details.

Floors

  • Vacuum accessible floors and edges.
  • Damp mop suitable hard floors in cleared rooms.

Agree separately

  • Inside ovens and fridges.
  • Any belongings, remaining furniture or access limitation that changes the task list.

What is not included

  • Removal or disposal of belongings and rubbish.
  • Deposit-return guarantees or an assessment of tenancy obligations.
  • Carpet extraction, restoration and heavy-furniture moving.
  • Exterior windows, high-level work, mould, biological contamination, cleaning after building work and medical disinfection.

When it makes sense

  • The home is empty or will be cleared before cleaning.
  • You are preparing a home before moving in or after moving out.
  • You want a task list that can be discussed separately from a tenancy inspection.

Before the clean

  • Remove belongings and rubbish from the areas to be cleaned.
  • Empty the cupboards and storage surfaces included in the brief.
  • Note remaining furniture or surface restrictions. Do not share an address, keys or access codes in the checker.

Outside the scope

A clean does not settle tenancy conditions.

This service does not guarantee a deposit return or confirm compliance with a tenancy agreement. Damage, permanent marks and specialist treatments are outside the listed cleaning tasks. Cleaning after building work is not included.
