02 / The scope at a glance

The same four zones. A different level of detail.

Read the task in each cell alongside its status. All three cleans cover the four core zones; the difference is the work within them.

03 / A considered approach

Clear before the first wipe.

Good preparation starts with what needs attention, what the surface can tolerate and what will stay outside the scope.

Choose the clean

Compare regular, deep and move-in and move-out cleaning. Read the listed tasks and exclusions together.

02

Set the scope

Note the rooms, accessible areas and surface restrictions. Any extra task needs a separate agreement.

03

Review the plan

Check the task list and preferred period. The request checker only reviews your details; it does not arrange a visit.

HS-CARE-0426

One care standard, four zones.

Our internal care standard, HS-CARE-0426, guides how we set out the brief, choose a surface-appropriate method and review the agreed tasks.

04 / Details that matter

The surface sets the method.

Different finishes need different care. We look at the material and condition before choosing a cleaning method.

A gloved hand cleans a removable white shelf above a sink with a blue cloth.

Kitchen surfaces

Clear, accessible worktops and cupboard fronts are treated as separate tasks. Appliance interiors are agreed separately.

A cleaner inspects the accessible surfaces in a white bathroom.

A check against the scope

The final review follows the agreed list. A worn finish or permanent mark is identified as a limitation, rather than a promise to make it disappear.

A clean can improve the surface, but permanent marks, wear and damage may remain.

05 / Meet the team

People behind a clear plan.

One person keeps the brief organised. The other brings a close eye to surface care.

06 / Before you choose

A few useful answers.

What the clean covers, what needs a conversation and what happens when you review a request.

How do I choose between regular and deep cleaning?

Regular cleaning focuses on everyday surfaces and accessible floors. Deep cleaning gives reachable fittings, skirting and edges closer attention. Compare the task lists. Appliance interiors need a separate agreement; specialist treatments are outside these services.

Does a moving clean include cupboards and appliances?

Emptied, accessible cupboard interiors are included in move-in and move-out cleaning. Oven and fridge interiors need a separate agreement. Belongings and rubbish must be cleared first.

What if a surface needs a particular product or method?

The material, its condition and any care instructions need to be considered before work. Note any restrictions when discussing the scope. No product or method is suitable for every surface.

What is outside the scope?

Exterior windows, work at height, mould, biological contamination and cleaning after building work are not included. We do not provide medical disinfection, restoration or a guarantee that every stain will disappear.

How are price and timing agreed?

The estimate follows once the property details and task list are agreed. Timing is by arrangement. Entering a preferred period in the checker does not reserve a visit.
