Regular cleaning

A clear routine for the home you live in.

For everyday dust and surface cleaning, a regular clean keeps the task list focused on the areas you use most.

A cleaner removes dust from a cool grey windowsill in a bright living room.

Regular cleaning

A routine you can understand.

The work follows four zones: kitchen, bathroom, living areas and floors. Clear, reachable surfaces come first. More detailed tasks are identified separately so the scope stays practical.

The agreed task list depends on access, the condition of the surfaces and suitable cleaning methods.

What is included

01

Kitchen

  • Wipe clear worktops and the hob surface.
  • Clean the sink, taps and cupboard fronts.

02

Bathroom

  • Clean accessible toilet, basin, bath or shower surfaces.
  • Wipe mirrors and visible splash marks.

03

Living areas & bedrooms

  • Dust clear, reachable surfaces.
  • Wipe accessible furniture exteriors and internal sills.

04

Floors

  • Vacuum accessible floor areas.
  • Damp mop suitable hard floors.

Agree separately

  • Appliance interiors and cupboard interiors.
  • A more detailed clean of built-up residue or overlooked edges.

What is not included

  • Carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning.
  • Moving heavy furniture or clearing personal belongings.
  • Exterior windows, high-level work, mould and biological contamination.
  • Cleaning after building work and medical disinfection.

When it makes sense

  • You want help with everyday cleaning in an occupied home.
  • Accessible surfaces are ready for cleaning.
  • You want to discuss a recurring routine without assuming a date is reserved.

Before the clean

  • Clear the surfaces you want included.
  • Identify delicate finishes and any product restrictions.
  • Keep valuables and personal paperwork out of the work area.

Outside the scope

Everyday care has its limits.

Inside appliances, cupboard interiors and specialist treatments are not part of the routine list. Built-up residue may need a different scope, and permanent marks or damage may remain.
