Our approach and team

A good clean starts with a clear brief.

HavenSpark brings the conversation back to the home, the surfaces and the work involved. We keep the scope readable before any cleaning is arranged.

Four zones keep the plan grounded.

Kitchen, bathroom, living areas and floors provide a common starting point. Each type of clean lists what happens in those zones, what needs its own agreement and what stays outside the service.

A cleaning trolley holds folded blue cloths, labelled closed containers and prepared equipment.

01

Make the tasks clear

Specific surfaces and actions are more useful than a promise to do everything.

02

Respect the finish

The material, condition and product instructions guide the method.

03

Keep the boundary visible

Extra tasks, access limits and permanent marks belong in the conversation before work.

HS-CARE-0426

The HavenSpark care standard

Our own internal standard covers the four-zone brief, surface-care notes and a review against the agreed tasks. It is an internal working standard, not an external accreditation or statutory licence.

HS-PRACTICE-26-014

HavenSpark Homecare Practice Licence

An internal company credential for the use of our care process. It is not a statutory licence or an external accreditation.
